If there is a wait list, parkers will be telephoned and asked to register in person. Upon registering, your parking is effective immediately. Payments are automated and collected the first business day of each month.

LACK OF PAYMENT / INSUFFICIENT FUNDS: There is a current $25.00 charge on all returned payments (this includes checks, draft payments, and credit card payments). Parkers have until the 10th of the month to rectify the payment or the access card will automatically be suspended.

CHANGES: Please keep your records current. You may change your vehicle information, address, and phone numbers via this website or by calling our office. All account information must be updated or changed by the 27th of the month in order to be effective for the following month. Parkers who fail to notify Preferred Parking Service, Inc. of any vehicle changes may be subject to citations (see VIOLATIONS). Billing information cannot be accessed via the website for security purposes. It may be changed by calling our office or in person. You may switch lots to any Preferred Parking lot at any time as space becomes available. Please bring your current permit into the office with you in order to change your location.

ACCESS CARDS: Once enrolled for parking, there is a $15 non-refundable fee for your access card. If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, the replacement fee is $25.00.

WHERE TO PARK: Monthly parking customers must park on the level to which they have been assigned. Parkers who violate this rule may be subject to tickets and/or towed. Monthly parkers are permitted and encouraged to park on the lower levels after 5:00 p.m. weekdays and all day on weekends and holidays.

OVERFLOW: If you are unable to locate a parking space in your assigned location, please park in the nearest Preferred Parking lot and notify our office. The BB&T Center garage layout is a double helix. If you do not see a parking spot as you enter, please continue up until you locate a crossover or exit. This will start your decent on the "B" side of the deck, which typically has additional spaces available.

SPECIAL EVENTS: Your permit is valid 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, exclusive of all NFL home games. (Note: When and if weeknight games are scheduled, monthly parkers will be permitted access to the garage during the day, but will be required to vacate the garage prior to the start of the game.) Vehicles remaining on lot during an event will be charged the posted event rate.

CODED VEHICLE STICKER: The Management Office will affix a color-coded vinyl sticker to the rear glass of each vehicle listed on the application. Each sticker will correspond to and identify the parking facility levels to which the cardholder has been assigned.

DISPLAY: Cars parked in monthly spaces without a proper coded vehicle sticker displayed are subject to citations, and/or towed. Preferred Parking Service, Inc. will not accept any responsibility associated with towing or wheel-locking any monthly customers' car that is not displaying a valid permit.

PARKING SPACES: Your parking privilege is valid for one space. Vehicles taking up two spaces will be required to pay for the extra space. Nonpayment for double parking will result in fines. Currently the garage has two different size spaces available. Diagonal marked spots are for oversized vehicles and spaces that are perpendicular are for midsize to compact vehicles. Please be respectful of others and park in the appropriate size space. If you are unable to find a space that fits your vehicle, please call the parking office and let them know of the situation.

SIMULTANEOUS USE: Use of this permit/access card by two or more cars or use after privileges have been canceled will result in enforcement action, which includes ticketing, towing, or wheel locking with fines of $85.00 or more per incident.

OVERNIGHT PARKING: Any vehicle left in the in the garage for more than 48 hours without prior arrangements is subject to towing. If you require overnight parking, please notify the parking office via e-mail. At that time, you will be asked to move your vehicle to level 1 or 2 for security purposes.

CARPOOLING/MULTI USERS: Owners of more than one vehicle or members of a carpool may, therefore, use a single card for more than one vehicle as long as each vehicle has been listed and as long as only one of the vehicles is parking in the facility at a time.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are effective at the end of each month. No refunds will be issued for unused parking. Cancellations must be submitted by logging on to the website. Termination notice must be received by the 20th of the last month you plan to park and will not be accepted by e-mail or phone call. Parkers will be obligated for payment until proper cancellation procedures are followed and your cancellation notice is confirmed. No refunds will be issued for unused parking. Your access card must be returned to Preferred Parking after your last day of parking.

LATE CANCELLATIONS: Late cancellations will be accepted in our office or via our website with a $15.00 late cancellation fee from the 21st of the last month of parking until the next-to-last business day of that month. (You may call our office for the specific cut-off date.)

WAGEWORKS CANCELLATIONS: Please note that it is your responsibility to notify your WageWorks department by the 10th of the month to stop your payments for the up coming month as well as notify Preferred Parking via fax, email, or website by the 10th of the month. No refunds will be issued for unused parking or failure to properly notify WageWorks of your termination. Late cancellations are not accepted from customers enrolled in the WageWorks program. Your access card must be returned to Preferred Parking Service, Inc. office upon termination of your parking.

WAGEWORKS CHANGES: All new registrars and existing WageWorks users must notify Preferred Parking via e-mail when you initially sign up and of any payment adjustments. Failure to send a written notice regarding your billing type change along with the effective date will result in a $20 administration fee. This fee will be deducted from any credit that may be due as a result of being double charged. Additional rules will apply. Please contact your PPS WageWorks director for more information on how to sign up or make changes.

PERMIT/ACCESS CARD: Each monthly parking card is a "recycling" card that prevents one user from passing the card back to another user. The card operates gates in conjunction with a computerized Cancel Card System. This system enables the Parking Office to cancel or invalidate cards that are lost, stolen or discontinued by reason of nonpayment or other violation of the rules. The Cancel Card System will be used in the control of monthly parkers who violate the rules and procedures established for the facility.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY ACCESS CARD? If a parker forgets to bring his/her access card, please pull a regular parking ticket and sign the back of the ticket. Upon leaving, present the ticket to the cashier to exit at no charge. Each parker is limited to two (2) passes a month. If more are needed, you must pay the daily rate.

WHAT IF I LOOSE MY ACCESS CARD? Please notify the BB&T Center Parking office immediately if your card is lost or stolen. We will de-activate the card immediately upon notification. Parkers may purchase a replacement card for $25.00.

WHAT IF THE GATE DOESN'T OPEN? If a parking card fails to operate the entrance gate, the cardholder should take a regular parking ticket and call the office or stop by in person to report the problem. Upon leaving, the cardholder should sign his or her name and card number on the ticket and present the card and ticket to the cashier to exit at no charge.

ACCIDENTS: If you, or your vehicle, are involved in an accident while in the BB&T Center garage, please report it in person or by phone (704-332-8147) immediately to the BB&T Center security office, which is located on the first floor of the BB&T Center.

8. Falsifying or purposefully withholding vehicle registration: Any monthly parker who withholds information on any vehicle they are parking in the BB&T Center garage will receive a citation with a $15.00 fine and immediate suspension of your access card.

All parking facility rules and procedures will be strictly enforced. Parking notices will be placed on windshields stating the violation and the amount of the fine.
