Registration Information

Please Note: To enter/exit the parking garage, your phone is your access device. Please make sure Bluetooth is on and the Alta Open application is active. Then, scan your phone on the Openpath reader on the parking equipment to open the parking gate.

Vehicle Information
You may register up to three vehicles below, but only one vehicle is permitted to be parked on the location at any time.
If your vehicle license plate changes, you are responsible for updating your parking account to avoid parking notices.
License plate covers are illegal in North Carolina and are not allowed in Preferred Parking properties.

Restrictions: Parking items must be picked up within 5 business days after receiving email notification that parking materials are available for pick-up. Failure to pick them up within 5 business days after notification, will result in your account being cancelled. No refunds will be issued for failure to pick-up items.



There will be a non-refundable $2.95 mailing fee added to your registration total.
Items will be mailed within 2 business days of your completed registration.
